The rooms are small but the views are amazing, especially at night. iPad controls are cool, but the bathroom lacks privacy, which was uncomfortable.

Rooms are compact but super functional with iPad controls for lighting and temperature. Limited food options, and check-in can be a bit awkward with no easy stopping area. Perfect spot next to TD Garden for events.

The bed was incredibly comfortable but positioned awkwardly, making access difficult for two people. The iPad-controlled features were interesting, yet they didn't significantly enhance my experience. The noise from the street was noticeable, especially with the room facing ventilation. My view overlooked a roof, which was underwhelming. The room was clean but small; moving around required meticulous organization. Pillows were not ideal, contributing to disrupted sleep. Despite the chic design, the comfort level fell short; it was hard to fully relax in such a constrained space.

The location is unbeatable. Steps from the TD Garden and close to the North End and major attractions. The breakfast? One of the best I’ve experienced—swanky and inviting. this 'micro hotel' tries too hard to be cool. Check-in was convoluted, with minimal staff to guide guests. Navigating the elevators proved challenging, and the coffee situation could have been clearer—one cup is not enough. Pricing feels steep for the room style. The views were stunning, and I appreciated the tech amenities. But clearer instructions on parking and breakfast protocols would greatly enhance the stay. For convenience, it’s worth returning, but refinement is needed.

Breakfast was surprisingly enjoyable, especially with the bonus of two days on the house. The staff were kind and attentive, quickly resolving several minor issues and ensuring our comfort. the room had quirks that disrupted relaxation. Firm pillows caused neck discomfort, and the iPad controls for everything felt more frustrating than convenient. Not to mention, a lingering unpleasant smell and cleanliness concerns impacted the overall vibe. The location was brilliant for exploring on foot, and the eclectic decor added charm, yet the experience was a mix of delightful moments and head-scratching challenges.

CitizenM Boston North Station combines modern design with exceptional convenience. I loved the sleek decor and smart room features. The 24/7 canteenM made late-night snacks a breeze. Plus, the superb location near TD Garden and public transport enhances the experience. A wonderful choice for travelers!

I had an amazing time exploring Boston, as everything I wanted to see was within walking distance, with attractions like the Freedom Trail just 1.2 km away and charming areas like the North End and Beacon Hill just a stroll away; plus, there were plenty of restaurants and bars nearby, and even a CVS right across the street for any essentials I needed, making my stay so convenient and enjoyable! The hotel features a cozy bar, a lovely breakfast area, and a stylish lobby perfect for relaxing after a day of adventure! it would be nice if the rooms were a bit more spacious, but overall, it didn't take away from my fantastic experience!

My room was modern and compact, yet super functional with an iPad to control everything! The communal living space was a hit; I loved hanging out there. Plus, the view of the bridge was breathtaking – such a perfect backdrop for my morning coffee!
Would recommend! 😍✨

I can't even begin to explain how uncomfortable the bed was—no support at all! I woke up each morning feeling like I’d been in a brawl. The pillows were awful too; I'm pretty sure they were designed for giants!

Loved the unique design and decor, adding a fun vibe to the stay. Being within walking distance to top Boston attractions, like the TD Garden and the Freedom Trail, made exploring a breeze. The chill lobby atmosphere was perfect for unwinding, and the staff were genuinely kind and helpful.
Some minor inconveniences like the lack of bottled water in the rooms and the confusing sliding drawers. The sink outside the bathroom and limited breakfast options were a bit off, but the overall experience was still enjoyable.

Really enjoyed how easy check-in and check-out were. The breakfast was great, and the morning staff were super friendly! The gym was a nice perk too. I wasn’t a fan of the room view, as it was just rooftops, but it was cool seeing some Celtics gear from the office nearby. The dark hallways felt a bit off though.

Great breakfast options with a fulfilling menu and you can grab it to go or eat in your room, the staff is super helpful and self check-in and check-out was lightning fast, very close to TD Garden for the Bruins game quick walk of only 3 minutes from the front door.
It wasn’t cheap but totally acceptable for the experience.

Had a blast using the app for all control functions , super convenient! Just a 15, minute walk to the Waterfront/Quincy Market, which was fab for exploring. The breakfast, even though a tad pricey, was tasty and kick, started our days right!
Room cleanliness left something to be desired , found hairs in the shower and bed covers peppered with them, yikes! breakfast could've had more hot options to justify the cost.

It's always a relief to have the option to quickly get rid of any wrinkles in my clothes before heading out. The heating and air conditioning in the room worked well, keeping the temperature comfortable throughout my stay. One thing that stood out to me was the sink area. It was clean and modern, making it easy to freshen up in the mornings or before heading out for the day. The free toiletries provided were a nice touch and added to the overall experience. I appreciated the use of the iPad in the room to control various aspects like lights, temperature, and entertainment. I did face some challenges with the TV connectivity. It seemed to be a bit slow, and I had difficulty at times trying to watch shows. While there were many positives, there were also some areas that could use improvement. For instance, the room could benefit from more storage space. the lack of plugs next to the left side of the bed was a bit inconvenient.

The central location made it easy to travel to New England Aquarium, a must-see attraction for the kids. The room's thoughtful design and convenient iPad controls added a fun and unique touch to our experience.
My wife says that more kid-friendly bathroom amenities would be helpful.

Feeling relaxed with a busy schedule or exploring landmarks, the vibrant design added a pop of color. canteenM was a convenient all-in-one spot. The breakfast buffet was a tasty mix of local and familiar dishes to start the day.
Just loved getting lost on the mushy bed all night long! .

Our check-out time was late, and we were allowed to store our luggage until departure. However, when we asked to leave the luggage in the lobby and explore the city, we were denied. We ended up stuck at the hotel for 8 hours. Overall I'll recommend this hotel.

As backpackers, we loved the self check-in/out, late checkout option, and superbly soundproof rooms. The hotel's location is perfect for exploring the city.
Felt more than at home, nothing too much trouble.

The staff were dope and hooked us up with extra pillows and even kept our luggage after check, out so we could hit up Big Night Entertainment Live and New England Aquarium without a care. The vibes were sic, and the rooftop terrace had the best views for chillin' and taking in the city.
Yo, one thing they could improve for us party peeps is to have more late, night food options on, site. Would've been epic to come back from a night out and grab some grub without hunting the streets.

everything is really new, and the cool modern rooms with neat mood lighting and great city views made our experience truly futuristic. the staff were friendly and helpful, and the living room area with board games added a fun touch to our stay. the bar and restaurant area was spacious, with excellent drinks and good food, offering great views of the city. the location next to Amtrak and T line was convenient for exploring the area.
Everything was spot on! 👌

Our stay at this hotel was absolutely amazing. From the moment we checked in, we felt welcomed and cared for by the attentive staff. The hotel's location right next to the train station and a food hall made it incredibly convenient for exploring the city. The room was comfortable and modern, with high-tech features like an iPad control system. We also loved the bar and lounge area, where we could relax and unwind after a day of sightseeing. this hotel provided a home-like atmosphere with plenty of amenities to enhance our stay.
The only minor drawback was the lack of direct access from the parking lot to the hotel, but it didn't hinder our overall experience.

super clean, and the location is insane! you can turn off the air conditioner, and the staff's local tips were top-notch. loved the techie rooms with the tablet control for lights and tv.
Couldn't recommend more.
